About The Hackathon

DataVortex SkyIntellect is a dynamic 24-hour hackathon, collaboratively organized by the SODS Club, Drone Technology Club, and Cyber Security Club. It unites students and mentors from reputable industries to work intensively on technology-driven solutions addressing real-world challenges. Mentors and domain experts will be available throughout the event to guide teams and provide feedback. Judges from various countries will be involved in reviewing projects.

Rules & Guidelines

  • Team size: 1 to 4 members.
  • Submissions will be accepted only through Unstop or Devpost
  • Participants may not join more than one team.
  • Projects must be original and innovative.
  • Internship opportunities will be offered based on performance.

SODS Club

GARUDA brings together drone enthusiasts to explore UAV technologies through hands-on innovation.

The club promotes creativity, teamwork, and technical excellence in aerial robotics.

Cyber Security Club

The Cyber Security Club empowers students with hands-on experience in ethical hacking and secure coding. Members explore real-world scenarios like penetration testing and threat analysis through practical sessions.

Event Timeline

HACKATHON LAUNCH

The official start of the Hackathon journey! Teams can start registering and accessing resources for idea development.

July 17th

IDEAS SUBMISSION WINDOW

Registrations will be accepted through Unstop. Participants are invited to submit their innovative ideas based on the Specific Problem Statements provided.

17th July - 5th August

IDEAS SHORTLISTING

A panel of experts will evaluate all submitted ideas on innovation, feasibility, and relevance. Shortlisted teams will proceed to the next round.

5th August - 20th August

ONLINE PRESENTATION

Selected teams will pitch their ideas virtually. Judges will assess clarity, technical depth, and potential impact to decide who moves forward.

21st August - 30th August

ANNOUNCEMENT OF FINALISTS

Finalist teams advancing to the grand finale will be officially announced on this date.

4th September

FINAL HACKATHON (OFFLINE)

Finalist teams will participate in a 24hr offline hackathon to develop working prototypes. Prizes and recognition await the most impactful solutions!

6th October - 7th October

All participants must have to follow hackathon rules and structure. Ensure your submissions comply with the timelines, formats, and eligibility criteria. Participants must build their proposed solutions based on the specific problem statements provided by the organizing team.
